As for blueing, geebus fellas id hate to see 2 of the most well respected and well known toymodders come together for any reason than to help eachother with their cars or enjoy each others warm embrace

As suggested before, set another one for a couple of months away. I will be there.

Good to see some numbers turned up for the cruise and some wicked pics.

Flat tail lights on a xA23...... Not sure thats right at all

Fonzy, Still loving your ride man its F#cking awesome. Love those fender mirrors.

An Annual Celica Cruise on the same date every year is the best way to get support and decent numbers. In the mean time a few more Celica owners at the clubs offical cruises and events sure wouldn't go astray. The more people that turn up, the more others are encouraged to go. Theonly way to improve our events is to support them.

Spewing I couldn't make this one Ibz but as I have mentioned before I can't do Sundays.

im picking up wat rod is putting down....that sounds like a good way to go about it...i dont think we can just wave the "get ur shit together" stick and expect ppl to show up...i think it needs to be a slow n steady process

    Ibz, Fonzy,

It was good to catch up with you guys again, You two are a credit to the club, easy to talk to, informative, and i must add Fonzy you are very inquisitive, just look at half of the photos above and all you see is your head buried in an engine bay or underneath this or that. Hehe

Hypo, as all ways, good to catch up

Mchieff, Nice to meet you guys and hope to catch up again some where in the sun this time and talk more.

SYCO2T, yeah it was a good cruise even though it ws only a small group. I hope your intermitant problem with the ignition is finaly solved thanks to some team work and the magic of the sand paper, haha. Until next time.

Well, the intermittent problem is sort of fixed, I could persist, but i have started another thread about pissing of the rotor button all together as originally planed.

Team work is great, people come at the same problem from different angles, usually someone will have the right answer or put another one on to it. Cheers

    Guys,

If you check the official Toymods event callender you will see that an Annual Classic Celica Cruise has been locked in for the 4th Saturday of May each year (starting next year May 24th 2008)

Details and locations etc will be sorted out in plenty of time for it to be a great day and its something that can be built on and grown each year. Its a long way off but May is a quiet month for Toymods and you guys have the ball well in hand for this year

    Rod,

In light of the discussions going on here with regards to events attendance... i've gone ahead and taken the liberty of putting ALL of the toymods official events into the calendar for the next two months.

Can you please put it to Stitt and Glen (when he returns) to do the same? This way the event appears in the "upcoming" events above the list of forums

    See here:

Further to this, i used that today for the cruise this weekend and i remember discussion a while back about the link taking you to the actual thread for the event - are we still looking to implement that?
