TA22 rear window regulators are buggered!!

Hey all,
I have a ta22 which has rear quarter glasses that keep falling out of place and dropping done. I remember seeing a thread on here involving a guy in NZ that was able to make up the window bushes that are required to fix this problem but i havent been able to find any recent info on this topic, and was wondering if anyone knew him or what exactly what was needed to be done to fix this problem as the rain getting in is really starting to piss me off...any help would really be appreciated....
