86 supra IJZ conversion

Hey boys hope use can help me out,
i got a 86 supra with a 1j sitting under the bonnet it still needs to be lined up and sat on the engine mounts i got nothing connected yet, also have a problem the wiring can i do it myself the loom on the 1j i bought is a manuel loom the computer i got off a halfcut 1j is a auto computer the supra is also a auto i'v buggered my back and cant work on it no more.
Does anyone know somewhere i can take it where they will do a good job or is the job easer then it seems something i can have another go at.
