Default accidently deleted the most recent of my subscribed threads

as the title says, i accidently deleted the first page of my subscribed threads while trying to remove one from the list

this means i am without warning when my beloved threads get updated

is there a way to recover them? i know its very unlikely and the software package you use probs doesnt have anything like that but just thought id ask

    thanks
