Might want to ignore the map at the bottom of the page on that link though, I'm pretty sure that's Tamworth!

    Karl,

Kirsty the boys and I booked room 208 first thing this morning (Monday), You wake the boys.. You DIE.. slowly and painfully !!!! 208 and 207 were the quiet rooms last Dubbo and Its the room furthest away from everything so I'm sure the party crowd can make noise elsewhere.

Parking - The parking is uncovered and in short supply. Rooms with multiple bodies and cars need to remember that they WILL NOT have a parking space for each car so work it out before you get there as to who gets the spot and who parks outside the car park !

After the car park conjestion at the last Dubbo I'm sure Grant and the boys will have a plan in mind.

    Should be a great weekend

I have already booked room 206 - this is on the bottom level in the back corner, the room with two bedrooms and dining room area and kitchen and stuff. Those interested in bunking up in the party room need contact me asap, only 3 or 4 spots left

The infamous party room 304 in the upstairs corner is already taken by the event organisers.... room 206 is directly below....

WARNING! To anyone who does NOT enjoy loud noises and various shenanigans late into the night should avoid this corner of the hotel. All efforts will be made however to ensure the wishes of families w/kids to minimise excessive noise levels at night-time..... but please keep this warning in mind when booking - it has always been noisy in this area!!

Toymodders - if you are booking rooms and wish to be in the same party area, I recommend that you book the rooms to the left of room 206 on the lower level. If you want to avoid the noise, my suggestion is to book further to the right on either top or bottom level.

    I have to second that,
Not only will you die slowly, but everyone else in the room will be babysitting 2 very cranky and miserable children who have not had enough sleep.
    Just be warned people

Some of us Lexus/Toyota/Altezza wannabes should be there *fingers crossed*

Are there normally many 'modern' ..say, post 1994 cars at this event? What is the approximate size/scale of the event, for those of us who haven't been before?

I heard rumors they are not letting any cars into the show n shine with rust, dints etc? Seems a bit harsh doesn't it? I'd like to see some cars with credit to engineering not just pretty paint.

Can anyone confirm that is the case?
