I'm in the process of collecting all my bit for my build:

Will be using Bazda's 7a long rod kit with Pistons to suit by setup.
    Small port head
Ported head and Port matched manifolds with 268 deg, 8mm lift cams.

A few things I need to work out still
    1) oil return from head- plan on running a 10AN line back to the upper sump?
    2) alternator bracket for a 16v head there is a lot of mention about the 20v bracket but I can nothing of a 16v are they basically the same?
    3) flywheels: what are people using? Looking at a 5afe Jun Auto one? How many have dowel pins as well?
    4) lastly BE bearings, what's the general consensus, have been suggested King bearings.

    1) just use the standard smallport drain on the head and tap a fitting on the block/sump to suit
    2) not sure but you will likely need a custom bracket just like 20v. the issue is that the tensioner bracket is designed for the gap between top and bottom brackets on the shorter 4A block. now that you have a 7A block the gap is bigger so you need a custom bracket to account for this
    3) i am using a tilton twinplate which comes with its own flywheel... but the stroker crank has 4A PCD so you can take your pick from any off the shelf 4A flywheel
    4) bazda recommended that i get ACL race bearings in std size, so that's what i got...

oh yeah and my engine should be ready in a matter of days now

    Thanks for that.

I ended up getting the 5afe JUN flywheel. Looks mint!!
Received my 7age long rod kit from Bazda yesterday and will drop this off to the engine rebuilders today.

I have been doing a bit of research into clutches and found the following cannot compare cf values for each but it's a guide for clamp loads.

Exedy TYC 6932 is rated at 400kg this is the listed clutch for 4ages
Exedy TYC 6932HD is rated at 490kg

Exedy TYC 7334 is rated at 510kg this is listed for the 2zzge but will fit 4age (same disc and release bearing too)
Exedy TYC 7334HD is rated at 680kg

Clutch industries R1148N is rated at 465kg listed for both 4age and 2zzge!!!
Clutch Industries R1148NHD /RPM1148N is rated at 565kg

Xtreme clutch have KTY 22004-1A rated at 700kg again listed for 4age and 2zzge

Hope this useful to some. I am going with an R1148NHD as I got a great price and my calculations show it to support around 240nm (more than enough for my build)
