Just realised my neck is starting to feel sore from burn should put the sun cream on that i bought , oh well was a greta afternoon, took a couple pics will hopefully finish off the film next weekend and post them.

I didn't get to burnt today,

Was a great day, we only had 4 crowns though. The 2 MS53's of Rod and myself, Fatboy13's MS55 and Suren from Classis Crown with his MS41S. Aswell as other club members Ray, The puzzel people, Paul and Jesse, Adam and Bec, Steve (who drove his ford instead of the crown) and my dad (drove my wagon as his MS55 is still not on the road)

Was great Craig had the BBQ firing and the drinks were cold. Ray provided us with Shade with his shade tent and all was set for a quite easy Sunday afternnon. weather was cloudy and overcast and wasn't to hot.

A big thanks to everyone that came,and helped out, next year I hope its a bit bigger and better.

I got a little burnt on the face but not to bad.
I think we need a billy cart next time we go to Flinders slopes, or an old car bonnet.
Yep, thanks Graig & Cassie for the BBQ (& choc cake bloody nice).
It was a good day out. And thanks to all that helped in the dissmantling of the tent.

Well todat I Am as red as all the shades of this site. I swear is anyone touches me then they are a dead man. Funny thing is tho that Connor and Harry didn't get burnt at all!

Mate the last Crown Picnic had a whopping 3 cars in attendance Me and Stitt were 2 of them.

The one thing i've noticed about internet based events is you have to give lots of notice! While I'll agree this event had ample notice, 12 months for people to contemplate their navel, and a date around Toyfest should surely raise more interest - I know I plan to have a crown there next year!

And I did!

Lets ride the wave of Crown popularity and have this event a definite starter around next year's Toyfest again - maybe a recovery BBQ get together on the Monday arvo?! Just think of the Crowns currently doing the rounds, along with my plan to have my MS57 ute over there for next year too. I reckon thats enough notice for everyone to get organised?!
