I got a warlock alarm a couple of weeks ago for my RA65. With the ignition wire from the alarm unit, the manual says this must be connected to a wire at the ignition that is not OV when cranking. Can anyone please inform my of what this means?

I am guessing by OV they mean 0V. Zero Volts.
