mazda 800 wagon + 4age 20v

i recently purchased a 1966 mazda 800 wagon and was goin to rotorise it, until i found out that engineers use 690kgs as there weight. this means that i would've had to put a 10a in if i wanted a rotary (not gonna happen). so i did some calculations and havin owned a 20v 4age corolla before i was left with that. + i could engineer a 20v in the mazda with a turbo/blower. any possible problems i could encounter???
