i missed last year due to being overseas.

i am looking forward to this year, i will definately be there.

can i ask, would it be suggested to trailer down, take of number plates and rego sticker, or drive down. just keeping in mind boys in blue.

    thanks

I hope your not suggesting that you might drive an unregistered car down for the show.
If it's unregistered remove the plates & sticker, and float it down. There will be a "Police choice - Best overall as picked by the local boys in blue."
    It's not worth the risk.
If it feels good "DO IT" Unless it harms others.(or upsets the RTA)
Enjoy what you have To Day,cause you can't take it with you.

No need to trailer it down, I will be driving my car there along with a few others (as we did to the Toymods dyno day)

you are more than welcome to join us in the cruise down the freeway from Newcastle.

From our previous experience the police have been really good at the show. The first year they came down several times and took pains to explain they were only there to make sure we didn't have any problems from the public. They complemented the cars and how the event was being run which was nice.

One of them joked about sending down one of the highway patrol guys with a defect book but he was seriously joking which was a relief.

If you behave yourself I can't see there being too many problems with the police. Actually I'm pretty sure there's a corolla driver around who'd tell you that if you don't behave yourself the cops are the least of the worries

That's all good. I wasn't implying you'd act like a tool just making it clear that as long as people don't it should be OK.

toyofest site is cool, only problem is that the gallery pictures seem random; ie you will see the same pic a few times before you see somethign new
