The information above has been
gathered from various sources including...
Matti, http://www.students.tut.fi/~k124476/
Supra, http://www.ultranet.com/~speedie/
Hot 4's & Performance Cars, Australia (magazine) , Toyota Microfiches &
CD Roms, workshop manuals and my own observations
and applies to New Zealand and Australia. Rarity of boxes may
vary in other countries!
Weight of Celica boxes is for cast iron version, there are some alloy case
boxes around.
Weights shown are for box without bellhousing. For alloy bellhousings add
3.5 - 5 kg
The actual boxes can vary with different length tail housing , etc. and may not
be direct replacements.
Special Thanks to Russel Turney (NZ) for allowing me to reproduce this information
as Posted on his WebSite.
