    This reminds me...
I have modified intake piping on my 1J (done by someone else), and they have used the std blow off valve, but they haven't used the t piece or white valve in the picture.
Can anyone actually tell me (for sure) what the function of the white valve is (90925-0159 in the epc diagram)?
Is it possible for the BOV to work properly without it?

    Thanks

    Peter

ps - sorry for the hijak

Is the white thing a one way valve or just a filter

It's a one way valve that takes out any gases in the bottom of the bov diaphram. So it'll close and seal properly.

Best bet would be from repco or a performance shop.

PS: my mate has a stock 1jz bov for sale

Mojo_type - breaking that valve was an expensive thing to do!
I just got quoted $73 for a new one from Galleria Toyota (two available ex-east).
I hope you can find a cheaper alternative.

    Regards
