Default '64 Crown engine conversion help wanted

Help needed from Toymods gurus please.
    I have a 64 crown ute with an 18RG. I want to upgrade with either a 22r turbo or a 2/3RZ turbo.
Apparently I can bolt the 22r straight in but I'm not sure about the 2/3rz.
    I have a 5 speed and I guess it's a W50? Would that be right?
Can this gearbox be used with the 2/3RZ?

    Thanks for any help,
    Cameron.

The w50-55-56 should be sweet, I'm currently sussing out what shifter position fits in my lux correctly,
As for bolting a 3rz/2rz, have you seen these if a 22r bolts in, if imagine these would work???

If you can, run a 3rz, you squeeze 400 horses with a mild build with a turbs hanging off of it
    Sounds like a tuff rig!

a w50 bellhousing will not bolt to a w55-8, and a 3rz to w56 bellhousing will not bolt to a w50. a w56 bellhousing of a 3rz will however bolt to any w55-8 box which allows you a selection of ratios and a few different shifter positions to get the stick in just the right spot, I personally wouldn't waste my time with a 22r swap, however a 3rz and maybe even a turbo would be awesome in any rs series crown ute, also due to being a commercial vehicle the mod laws are a little more relaxed.
