Hi lads

I upgraded my 7m to a modern 130a 1KD hilux alternator which has an extra wire for PWM voltage control from the ecu.
At the moment I have it disconnected and the alternator works ok although the volts are a touch low when hot, compared to an old "dumb" alt.

Does anybody have any specific information about what the PWM signal should look like? Ie frequency, duty cycle for full volts, duty cycle for minimum volts, any other info

Hoping I can drive it from a spare ecu output
