Default TA22 disc rotor bolt torque

Hi all. As title says what is torque setting for TA22 front disk rotor bolts when replacing rotors. I have looked through all my workshop manuals for Celica including genuine manual and nothing is mentioned in brake or front suspension or torque tightening tables. Tells to replace if worn or distorted but that's all. I was amazed at lack of, to me, important information. Other manufacturers include this info.

From the Toyota Carina, Celica 1600 1971-77 Autobook By Kenneth Ball.

"Tighten the nut steadily to 19 to 24 lb ft (2.6 to 3.2 kgm) while rotating the hub continually to seat the bearings. Slacken the nut until it can be turned with the fingers then re-tighten finger tight. If a spring balance is available check the preoad 0.3 - 0.7 kg (9.6 - 22.5 OZ)"

Thanks, but I have that info. What I needed is tightening torque of four bolts holding disk rotor to hub.
I found tightening table in manual to suit bolt size by bolt code, i.e original number on top of bolt. They should be tightened between 29-39 lbs/ft.

Excellent. Much appreciate your help, would rather be sure than guess the torque setting.
    Thank you
