Yes they do still have a brown thermo-time switch and a cold start injector, and like 99% of them, the thermo-time switch will be faulty.

what do you mean cold start injector thanks
there is a single injector that operates only while cranking and cold,
From google pictures it looks like it is in the center of the manifold underneath.
It is controlled by a thermo-time switch, which looks like a large brown temp sensor.

There is also a good chance that the cold start injector is bad. Since both the injector and thermoswitch are not exactly cheap, verify that you are getting current to the injector first while cranking over the engine. 2nd check the wire from the injector to the switch. If you have a VOM, the injector should read between 3 to 5 ohms and the thermo switch 10-5 on the first pin and about 6 ohms on the 2nd pin. If they check out within the resistance range then try cleaning the injector. [lots of cleaning injector stuff on-line] Just apply 12V to the injector while using carb/injector cleaner before replacing either of the parts. The kicker is finding a metric fine thread fitting that will screw into the cold start injector body. I used an old M/C float check valve and epoxied the cleaner straw into the center of the check valve body. Also inspect and clean the screen on the inlet side of the injector. Dave W7
