Default Transplant - Lexus IUZ-FE vvti into Land Rover Freelander

I am putting a Lexus V8 motor, automatic gearbox, into a Freelander. Can someone please supply me with a wiring diagram for the ECU and gearbox to connect the conversion. The original diagram does not help as I need to know which wires go where so that I can mach up to the Land Rover wiring

There should be notes on wiring diagrams for connectors like 'e15' which you can cross reference to a connector diagram often at the start or end of the diagram.

I cant say if the 1uz pinnouts change from model to model, but always double check that it looks right.

I don't have any 1UZ-FE VVTi information personally sorry.

If someone has the proper Toyota wiring diagrams they want to supply me then I'm happy to look at adding the info to my site tho...I'm a bit picky on quality however just to let you know!

Also you haven't said what your donor engine is from!
People need specific information to be able to help you! Things like the engine ECU part number, car model code, etc are very helpful! We can't read minds!

Finally, if you have the engine ECU pinout, then you should be able to "trace" the pinouts of the engine loom to body loom plugs (and any other plugs on the loom) using a multimeter!
It's a bit more work to trace back from the engine ECU plugs, but sometimes it's the only way

    Cheers
