1G-GTE MLS headgasket

I am going to order these gaskets.
Anyone that actually does want to jump on board, please PM me with thickness and bore size.
I think I will go 1.2mm and whatever the HKS bore is, 79mm from memory, but we can vary thickness and bore size in the one order, so let me know if anyone wants in.

To anyone still following this,

The HKS gasket is 79mm bore, the HKS piston is 77mm. I am thinking of re-using these or getting something similar made.

When getting the gasket made, should I go the 79mm bore on the gasket again, or go a bit tighter to the piston, say 78, or even 77?

I am pretty sure I am going to go with the 1.2mm thickness now.

I would be keen, but as I'm not at the stage of building my 1GGTE yet.
I'm finding this info useful, I somehow acquired a 2mm Trust headgasket for the ole 1GGTE, which I can't seem to find at the moment. :/
But the goal by hopefully mid next year I'll have a 2.2L 1GGTE ����

Id be interested in a custom MLS headgasket for mine, still standard pistons.

The measurements i have taken by the way are:

Standard 1GGTE Composite
New - 1.67mm
Used - 1.28mm

Standard 1GFE MLS
New -0.77mm
Used - 0.62mm

I ended ordering gaskets for myself and 1 other member.

We each got 3.

You may be able to tempt one of us to sell one, for the right figure or maybe you will need to get yourself an order in.

From memory we went 79mm bore and 1.5mm thickness I would have to double check my notes though

Both myself and Ddeane got 1.5mm gaskets made, I ran the order, I used gaskets to go.
John there will ship anywhere

if you were in a rush I could be tempted to sell a couple of mine and order some more for myself as I am not in a rush and I have 3 anyway lol

Are yours standard Bore or larger for the HKS pistons?

Not particularly huge, same as the HKS gaskets which plenty of people used on 75mm bore motors
