External gate location

Hey just wondering if anyone knows if having my wastegate in this location will cause issues?

My manifold has to get modified because the wastegate pipe currently faces at my steering shaft.

Will having the gate here cause issues being so close to the cam cover or anything? Didn't really want it over near my brakes.

as long as it clears ya bonnet and you dont mind there being that much heat up high in your engine bay... remember your spark leads are gonna pass by right next to it down the middle of engine...

can you not put it in that area behind the 6th cyl manifold outlet and just under the clutch master?

If ur looking for another location, mine is on the dump/down pipe and seems to work fine.. luckily ur gate looks pretty small compared to mine

I was planning to run the dump down there.

I will just put it in that location, and might run a bit of heat sheild along the cam cover.

Spark leads wont be coming off the distributor, going coil packs.

If I have issues, i will get it changed again.
