3sgte part numbers

Is anybody (perhaps gt4 guys?) able to give me the part numbers for the following gen 3,
3sgte bits please?

1. Injector seals (both o-rings and the two "vibration insulators" on the top and the bottom
2. Vibration insulators that go on the outside of the fuel rail at the tip of each injector
3. Exhaust manifold to head gasket (funky multi-layer steel jobbie)

I've searched an online epc for the injectors parts but it makes reference to
"No.1 and No.2" for some of the vibration absorbers. Can anyone shed some light on what No.1 etc refers to?

There are also two part numbers for the exhaust manifold gasket, one has no hyphen in the middle. Again, any ideas on what this means and which is the one I should order?

Injector insulators I bought last week are 23291 75010 - $1.40 each - gen 2 injectors, but they are the same shape, so will interchange.

The injectors have two fuel O rings around the injector by the fuel strainer, and two locating seals.insulators - one at each end.
