To aid in information, I can confirm long bare 1ZZ with sump but no rocker cover is 67kgs.

If anyone needs to know, Suzuki G13BB (SOHC 16V) long bare is 62kgs.

Weighed both personally just recently for comparison purposes.

--There is literature from Toyota claiming that the 2azfe is 50kgs lighter than its predecessor the 5sfe, so in rough terms, the 5s/3s motors should be around 160kgs. 2azfe is around 110. 4age is about the same maybe 116, 2grfe is about 180kgs. K right around 100, the 4ac is around 108. Alloy blocks make a big difference so id be surprised if the 1zz wasnt lighter than the 2azfe by a decent amount.

I think the older vs are all around 200-220kgs if were talking 5vz 3vz or similar. 1mz came down some.

Sorry if this is a bit vague but I did my best to look for all this info about 7 years ago when deciding to do 2az conversion. I was focussed on hp per kg of motor and strong torque, coming off a 4age powered car. I liked the handling so didn't want to unbalance the car with a heavier than stock motor.
