    Skyline R33 A:25mm B:100mm C:34mm D:98mm E:80mm 4 Piston

Fitting the crown MS65 hubs and Hilux calipers to the XT130 strut.
I found the S12W caliper sit proud of the hubs by 6.5mm.
Fitted some different wheels and the calipers cleared the wheels no problems.

Has anyone looked at using the S13W Toyota surf caliper on a XT130 strut?

The unit takes a 25mm rotor (Confirmed) @ 270mm (confirmed), these is a much greater overhang at 16mm limiting the wheel choice.

Would just like to get feedback before going down this path

Reason: Looking for a bolt-on solution without the need to order blanks rotor which then need machining while keeping the price within reason.

Found rotor DBA828 is the correct size (but larger centre hole), also needs mounting holes drilled out as the rotor has the thread,
just waiting to locate a set of calipers & see if it all bolts together.

    EDIT:
Did some more seaching and found the Crown JZS133 rotor is a direct boltup to the MS65 Hubs, running at Dia 280mm, 26mm thick , 76mm centre hole , 5@100 centre, mounting (10.5mm) holes, also has a set of [email protected] centre mounitng (23mm) holes.
The Height is 38mm Toyota partnumber 4312-30220/30260/30160.

Using this rotor rules out the S12W will now search for an other siutable caliper, if anyone know which other calipers use the same spacing as the RA23/28 or XT130/132 this will speed up my seach.
The S13W will fit but will need a bracket made as a 270mm rotor just fits, the caliper overhang will be 21.5mm

May have found a caliper, only problem being due to ear location on strut ideal rotor is 295mm @ 25mm, I’m looking to use a 280mm rotor

QUESTION: - What is the maximum over/under lap pad to rotor aliment, which wont cause problems?

Any reason why you don't just use the twin opposing callipers from the corona? Or the 4pot hulix callipers that have been done over and over?

    Hi,

i guess the best answer to that question is have you tried getting the pug rotors recently??

I'm listening in on this too as i'm interested in getting a bigger disc. I've noticed that from 91 onwards the ln130 disks were 25mm with 22mm min. This opens up a much larger selection of discs as 20mm thickness isn't very common unless it's euro crap like citroen, pug, renault etc so not easy to get in aus. I've found a few bits n pieces today but gotta investigate more tonight.

Very helpful site for disc sizes

    https://www.brembo.com/ENG/catalogo_AM/2007/index.html

you can download the whole catalog (282meg) which i will be doing this evening.

I've seen somewhere someone using ma61 struts with nissan z31 discs and z32 calipers (modded bracket)

    Could be fun

Hey Fellas, i ended up going the XT130 strut, commonwhore rotor and 4 spot hilux all bolts up and i have a million(plethora) of wheel choices from GMH and BMW.With a z20 master and booster braking power is outstanding(especially around Hidden Valley race track).

    Cheers Guy

i always wondered whether the pug disc was something that was going to last a long time or once we exhausted its supply there would need to be a rework.. was the pug it was off a common car?

    Hi.

i think that the s13w is the one that accomodates the 25mm rotor, and the s12w goes on the 20mm rotor (could be wrong though.....)
