Default 1g-gte timing belt tensioner & idler

My 1GGTE timing belt tensioner pulley and idler pulleys need replacing. I have been to toyota and they want around $270 for the tensioner and around $120 for the idler. Has anyone ever replaced these with aftermarket items or pulleys from another type of toyota engine? CBC bearings are getting back to me hopefully tomorrow from head office as my local CBC bearings had no luck.

I looked into this and I didn't find another Toyota engine with matching parts. So I ended up getting "cheap" genuine parts...

You can get both aftermarket, but there still an NSK bearing like the genuine ones.

I got both of them new when I rebuilt my engine, and they were considerably cheaper than the Genuine parts..

I have tried my local bearing shop but they have come up with nothing. I gave them every part number I could find plus they measured them up and still no luck.

Jamie, that would be sensational if you could send a set down for me. I just tried calling your mobile, you must be busy. I will try again later.
