If you get the Cams done at a reputable place, they'll be able to give you the required spring pressures needed at Installed height and max lift. Then all you'll need to is either shim the stock ones or find some after market ones which match it as closely as possible. You can even have the head milled where the valvespring sits if you need to. The closer you get, the less wear and tear on the valvetrain. Just remember to do coil bind calculations on the springs before purchasing.
Weight wise, someone will have to weigh it for you. Length should be in the Workshop manual....
