Default Flywheel Bolt Threads - The database

Ok a nice and simple thread. I was searching for flywheel bolts the other day, and i couldnt remember the thread for them.

    So here goes:
    4AGE - M10x1.25
    3SGTE - M12x1.25
    22R/20R - M11x1.25

Im after 2JZ and 7M threads too. But this should be made into a general compendium. Btw those 3 examples are the flywheel bolts that ARP sell for Toyotas.

Takky... the 22R/20R bolts also fit 21R and 18R not to mention they probably also fit 16R, 12R etc etc. I will re-check the 18R bolts I have at home and confirm, but pretty darn sure I am right.

Ok, so probably the *R bolts are all the same. Do note, this isnt universal. 4A bolts are the same for the GE, but not for the 4A-C.

edit: i cant find the 1jz bolts anywhere in my shed, i'll keep looking, but yeah...no luck so far.

I have brand new 18RG flywheel bolts here...and they are M10x1.25.

    They are 26.2mm long.

Shank diameter is 10mm, shank length is ~4.3mm.

(For those that are interested Toyota Part # is 90105-10030)

2JZ-GTE 6-speed are the same thread but longer (flywheel is massif), I found out the hard way.

well i can confirm that 7mgte, 4age, and 1jzgte fywheel bolts all have the same size bolt and thread.

the 4age bolts are like $4 something from toyota new.
ARP part number for 8 bolts is [203-2802], which is roughly $50-$70

another thing to note, you HAVE to use thread sealent on the 1jz cranks as the holes arent blind, they go right through to the other side of the crank, where as the 7m dont.

the 4age flywheel uses 8 bolts to attach the flywheel, so does the 1jz and 2jz (for those if you using the R154 behind the 2jz)
the 7mgte flywheel uses 6 bolts to attach the flywheel.

for those of you who are going to use an os giken clutch setup, you have to shorten the flywheel bolts 3mm on the 7m as they are too long and hit the bottom of the hole before they tightn down on the flywheel.
