    1984 KE70
    Gen 3 3SGE
GSC stage 1 268' cams (Honestly made no difference).
    Adjustable wheels
    GT3071r 0.64 T25 internal gate @ 22psi
    Rams horn style manifold (Steampipe)
Custom intake manifold (to suit RWD)
Stock 3SGE NA Gen 3 head, valves, springs etc
    Eagle rods3SGTE2s.jpg
    SRP pistons
    ACL race bearings
    Cometic head gasket
    ARB head studs
    550cc EVO injectors
    Rising rate regulator
    Bosch 044 pump, stock 6mm / 4mm fuel lines
3in Mandrel stainless exhaust with cat
    Razorback ECU
    Daewoo Lanos coilpacks
    Iridium 8EIX plugs
VN commodore air box with K & N filter
    Chinese intercooler

Made 307HP at wheels with ignition breakdown.

At the drags, it did 11.7 @ 120mph with 195 street tyres but muffler unbolted. Weighed in at 1060kg + driver (60kg) with full tank of fuel and full street trim. I change at 7000 but cross the line at 7500 in 5th.

Estimated 450hp at engine during that run (it has done 11s several times).
    Full boost around 4200

Tried a GTX2867r, had to completely retune, and run 6psi more to make the same power as the 3071

I have been through about 7 engines due to all sorts of reasons from cracked blocks to something sucking into the engine.
In the middle of installing a forged turbo BEAMS motor for it.

Time to bring this thread into the modern era!!!

    LETS GET SOME BEAMS!!!

    Note:
    - the RED line is with dual VVTi tuned
    - the BLUE line is before the vvti was working
    - torque figures are out, the dyno software looks like it hasnt been configured properly for torque.... but they are still relevant as a point of reference for vvti vs no vvti!!

    Engine model and generation:
    Gen5 3S-GE - Blacktop "BEAMS" dual VVTi

    Top End Modifications:
