Default 3SFE timing belt - urgent help

The timing belt let go on the missus yesterday (thanks for the tow 1JRolla) so got stuck in today.

I'm stuck on 2 things. How to dial the cam in? there's 3 marks i can find, one on the inlet cam, one on the cam gear and one on the exhaust cam....of course none of them line up with each other so which to use? Engine an an angle is interesting as well but a set square should sort that once i pull some more shit outta the way.

2nd thing is the cam belt tensioner. I had hoped it would be similar to the 3SGTE...stuoid me. Buggered if i can work out how it works as i can't get it to shift at all? Is it a spring like the 3SG or oil pressure tensioned?

Hope someone can help out as need to have the thing back on the road Monday.

thay are spring tensioners - loosen the 14mm bolt and lever it back with the inlet and exhaust gear you will see a little hole on one of the arms line them up with a notch on the bearing cap behind and on the crank gear line that line up with a notch on the housing. If you need more help let me know.
    cheers Craig

Thanx guys. Kinda winged it a bit based on Craig 1st advice. There's a lobe on the inlet cam and a mark on the back of the 1st bearing cap so lined then up with the crank on TDC....starts fine, better go for a drive. Under 5 hours on stands to back on the driveway
