It looks fine to me. The turbo tends to shift everything to the right, as I experienced with the 1FZ (big version of 3RZ).
You will see the torque nose over early as the motors make peak torque at under 3000.
One thing I did which seemed to work was retard the cam by 3 degrees by modifying one of the keyways (I can explain by PM maybe). That pushed peak torque and power up by moving the torque line to the right. Not by massive amounts-but worth the couple of hours work in my case.
The motor will respond well to more boost, however I'd invest in head studs ASAP-cheap insurance. (do this before a bigger cooler, as a bigger cooler will just give more cyl pressure)
Another option would be to pick up an adjustable cam sprocket from LC Engineering in the USA ($150AUD or so).
