do you have a programmable computer? if not then what are they supposed to tune on the dyno?

a dyno run may show up issues that exist, like bad AFR, timing probs etc, but unless you can adjust the ECU for this, "there is no tune"

but as a diagnostic tool, it may help show what needs replacing...

have you checked compression, replaced all consumables (ignition/filters etc) and done everything to make it in tip top shape already?? if not, that is first step.

    have fun!

Exactly what stewart said, the only thing a dyno will do is simulate road conditions for testing purposes, are you sure its just not big bike small bike syndrom, where after a while it just doesnt seem as big just because you are use to it know??

lol, i think i just had a blonde moment.

nah its no syndrome, i know it ain that fast, only sorta noticed it in the last week or so, feels like its gotten sluggish down low. and has noticable flat spot round 2500rpm, last until 3000 then is normal after that. not long replaced plugs, leads(2 weeks ago), and cleaned air filter bout 1 month ago.

if it's suddenly happened, and only for the last week it could just be a shitty batch of fuel.. certain companies have a poor reputation (with me) for having highly variable fuel....

are you using unleaded or 98? it's not opticraps is it?

Yes BP ultimate is good stuff! next best is vortex gold. Mobil synergy 5000 is the best but highly unavailable

Synergy is probly the pick of the lot, and its price will refleact that. If i cannot get BP ill get vortex gold. In the application of MX, the tuning is very fussy, my bike seems to run best on those 2. optimax is just pure and utter shit house
