    1. search
    2. drop an MA61 rear IRS assembly into your car. Problem fixed and you'll have an LSD to boot.

    3. Fit R33 rotors and calipers, along with MS123 hubs, and you'll have much more desirable 5 stud setup, along with bigger brakes

Look for a rear end from a MX73 they have the same rear end as the MA61 and RA65. They have discs but no LSD. I think there is one a u pull it lonsdale at the moment.

Also, you only need the swing arms, not the other bits as well (such as driveshafts, subframe, etc.) as these are the same.

Ah, no they are not the same. One of the arms (inside ones i think) on the MA61 rear swing arm is 65mm compared to the 70mm of the RA65. Its wierd why they designed it like that but its different. Your better off grabing the whole assembly instead of mix n matching stuff together.

hmm, I know MS123 arms are completely different, and I'm TOLD MX73 ones are slightly different, but I thought '65 and '61 were the same. Plus I had no issues doing the same swap on mine.

Well thats odd. There was a big kabaffle about this when one of the MA61 lads bought some SuperPro bushes for the swing arms. The RA65 and MA61 had the same part number and he ordered some MA61 bushes only to find out all 4 bushes were to suit a 70mm arm but infact the 2 inside arms were 65mm. Some searching will bring up the thread although i think it was on the old forums.

Fair enough... I used Noltec on mine, once again listed same '65 and '61, and they fitted just fine.

He will want either MA6X, GA6X, MZ1X or RT142 corona swing arms (they are the same) that have provision for a disk brake caliper!!! MX73 is different.

His options are MA6X, GA6X, MZ1X or RT142....I'm sure he can look up the difference between each disk and caliper avaliable

Oh and Negative Boost, I had the same issues when I got my superpro bushes, I've cleared it up with them and they have the details on what is required re mod's and when I tell them if they fit now (my 3rd time back and forward to them about this) it should be fixed and they will re do the kit. Nolathane don't fit (they were RA60 and have hence removed the MA61 etc listing)... Noltec ones do fit

    Cheers
    Wilbo
