Default Needed! - RA63 Wiring Diagram

In the middle of putting an 18RGEU from a RA63 celica into my RA23 and im up to the fun part... the wiring!

Im currently stumped as in two sections of the loom I have, its been chopped off at the dash. This means that im missing a plug for the ECU, my oxygen sensor goes no where and I have several wires that I have no clue as to where they go!

Ive got the 18RGEU wiring diagram, but it dosnt help to show where these extra wires I have go to. So anyone with a RA63 Wiring Diagram, please put it up!

I'll put im some photos as soon as I get a chance to resize them.

    Cheers,

    Bryce

dddduddeeeeeee why you taking the 18r-geu out of the ra63! Finding a exact wiring diagram would be next to imposible since they are rare cars. I have a ra63 that you can have a look at if you can't find one.

on a side note what are you doing with the ra63?

Try this. If it looks a bit simplistic it's because 18R-GEU EFI is very very simple!

If you don't have an ECU plug you're kinda screwed though. Have you considered aftermarket engine management?

I dont have an RA63, its what the engine came from. It's either an RA63 or 65? but did the RA65 come with 18RGEU's?

Is it possible to get another plug? Id prefer not to go aftermarket engine management as thats more money that i dont want to spend at the moment.

Your chances of getting a new one from Toyota are probably nil. That means you'll have to find someone with an 18R-GEU who just upgraded to aftermarket management like, oh I don't know, me.

As for the plug - look in other EFI toyotas of the same vintage - they all use the same style of plugs - I have computers here from an MEU that use the same style of plug - off to Nickapart for you my boy!

Simplistic? Plenty of carbs have more wires than that lot!

Be aware that the 18RGEU diagram I tried to use was different pin placements than my ECU. Read the pins from inside the ECU to be sure.
