Ey all,
I have seen a few pictures of stock 7mgte intake pipes being used on the 1uzfe afm... What has to be done to fit it? cuase theres no way my stock pipe is going on my 1uzfe afm...
Cheers fellas.
Also while im here is there anyway I can setup a apexi SAFC to not modify the air/fuel mixture, just to display it, untill im ready to tune the car...?
Re the SAFC...just hook it up as your would normally, and simply leave the adjustments set at 0. No correction will be applied, and it will simply show you the AFM voltage/TPS/RPM etc etc. Then when your ready to tune, just adjust it to whatever your want.
Kind Regards,
Kurt.

Most people buy a new accordian pipe from Toyota as that will stretch over the Lex AFM as the new pipe is so flexible and soft compared to something that is years old and hardened.

The best way to run an SAFC to just read and not affect mixtures is to wire everything up bar the two wires in the SAFC loom that interrupt the ECUs AFM signal. With this done it can only read RPM, TP etc but wont be able to change anything til ur ready to tune
