Sixworks Tacho Booster wiring diagram?

I am wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for one of Grant's Sixworks Tacho Booster?
It is for a 1JZ non vvti into an MX73 I have since had the engine stripped down and a microtech fitted so I can't remember what goes where....

If you can't find it, just make one out of an old relay.
It should cost about 76c

I have seen that thread, just thought if i already have a booster i just need to know where to hook it up
