Can anyone tell me what this is? was doing stuff on car today and fond it by axcident. Starts rear left near radio aerial and goes under car. Puzzled

its a 86 celica. dosen't seem needed to me remove or not?

if those top pipes don't attach to anything, remove ftw and put a rubber grommit in the hole

its the water drain for the electric aerial. same as on my st162.

no electric aerial installed. are they worth it? and what price would it be?

electric aerials for those car's are stupidly expensive. something like 300$ from toyota. you might be able to get an aftermarket one (like aerpro) (under $150 i think)to fit with some screwing around but thats up to you..

I personally was going to replace the aerial on my st162 with a universal fixed slimline rubber thingy but never got around to it. Didnt listen to the radio much so yeah...

i just picked up a normal ariel to replace the electric one on the 162
i wouldnt remove it... not causing any harm and you might need it.
