Have just purchased, or got my dad to pick up my hilux calipers for the pug/hilux/corona conversion, now they're both labelled, a left and a right, but they both look identical to me, thinking they're both RHS...
If they were left and right, then the bleed nipple on one would be at the bottom... is this correct or do you think I have 2 RHS calipers.

The bleed nipple should be at the top, facing inwards for both calipers when mounted.

Yeah, that's what I thought, be a bit silly having the bleed nipple at the bottom, pretty sure I've got 2 RHS ones, take them back tomorrow and get a left ones, then rebuild them..
Should I use a primer paint first and then a high temp paint to finish??

High temp metal paints do not require a primer coat. Most primers would deteriorate under the high temp associated with brakes.
cheers Chuck.
