Default 80mm or 90mm throttle body on 1J?

Hey guys, just bought this larger plenum (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...1032842&rd=1,1)
for my 1jz and i'm also upgrading to one of the throttle bodies he sells which are pictured further down the page. Was just after some advice on whether to go with the 80mm i was thinking or 90mm size. From what i have gathered so far, the 100mm is to big which i why i'm not considering it, and then 3" intercooler piping i have is 76mm so 80mm would seem the way to go. Only reason i'm seeking some opinion b4 i go ahead with the 80mm is that i see on this supra forum (http://www.supraforums.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=399886) a lot of the guys have bought the 90mm with theirs.

I would think 80mm. There was a tech doc on how you determine the correct TB size on the old forums. I don't know where it is now though?

the 80mm tb would only become a restriction when you start pushing up closer to 500*rwkw... what is your power aim?

You'll save money on towing....not to mention all the extra time you'll have not spent working on it.

you will find the bigger the throttle body the worse your response will be.

on a side note the plenum is nearly exact same as the my new one., i have an 87mm throttle body on it, though i may go to a smaller one for more response, depends on how it is off the line.
