Ok i've come across a problem while fitting my ma70 disc brakes on the hilux diff in the
28. The caliper will hit the shockie has any one fitted this setup in to a 28 before. I have been reading threads trying to find out what to do but all the articals i have read are not about fitting to early celica's.
Thanks
Alex
This problem also occurs when fitting the RT142 corona rear disks to T/F series diffs in celicas. You need to cut and reweld the shocky mounts inwards. Dont worry about the change in angles etc, its not a significant change and the affect on suspension performance is minimal.

Damn it i thought this was going to be the case.Looks like I've got to remove the diff housing now. Unless some one has a better idea I'm all ears.
Thanks
