This is more general info for anybody with a wolf v500 seeing as their documentation is a bit lite on.

I have finally started playing with the wolf V500 and my techedge 2j2 wideband. The Wolf v500 comes equipped with 2 wideband measuring ports and there is no mention of any differences between them. I got my plug back to front when i wired it up and connected my wideband to the AFR input port 2 and the narrow band output from the 2j2 to AFR port 1. Being lazy I left it thinking they are the same and it wouldn't matter because both can be configured the same way from the software and both are basically 0-5V inputs that the ECU measures.

However after some testing it is clear that the AFR port 2 is not sampled as often as AFR port 1. Looking through the CSV file that is recorded from the ECU, the wideband data is reported in a separate data frame that is sent less often. I am still trying to figure out their time stamping.

Normal Engine Data frame is sent (including AFR Port 1 data)
634200835998426000.00
634200835998738000.00
634200835999050000.00
= 312000 intervals?

AFR Port 2 data is sent
634200835381757000.00
634200835384565000.00
634200835390181000.00
= 5616000 intervals?

So I it would seem to me, even though you can configure either port to do narrow or wide band sensing, AFR Port 1 should be used for the wideband to get the most accurate data in the logging and AFR Port 2 should be for the narrow band.
