i went on wednesday, it was pretty empty considering a public holiday... I got parinoid and only ran once cause it was making funny noises.

is your clutch fixed now? How much boost. Should be quicker than that even with that 60ft time.

That is the same trap speed as my gz20 soarer that was stock except 2.5" exhaust. So you have a couple of hundred kilos less weight and a manual box.

If your motor is fairly healthy you should be able to run a 14.

yeah its all fixed, a new box too. My spark leads are shot i think and i need to swap out the stock NA cat still in the system. was running around 11PSI, it is only a gen 2 as well. I launched at about 1500 - 2000 and took ages to come onto boost hence my slow 60ft

I've been road tuning the ute, and have all my mixtures right for anything below 14psi.

By the time test and tune comes along, i should be at around 20psi, and 350rwhp

I am postponing this until Saturday 2 September.

Reason being that I didn't get a chance to even look at my car on the weekend so it will not be ready for Wednesday. Also, supposed to be showers on Wednesday and I am not risking a four hour drive to find out that the T&T is closed I am still taking Wednesday off work so car will be ready for Saturday. I am obviously not stopping anyone going out on Wednesday though.

Saturday is a regular test and tune with the street series final. Only 8 cars in it. Gates open at 4pm.

Let me know if you are coming on Saturday so I know who to look out for.

chris, my ma61 is getting a whole new suspension and brake package, which is a fuckload of work...so wont be there....i could try and break the Mercedes into the 14's tho

Might con dad into taking the jag, brother with his 911 and a mate of family wants to go also. will let you know definites.
