    just a question, is the dam open as last time i went it was closed to public for security/terrorists reasons around december last year

    yes its closed but the car park and BBQ are still open you can see the dam still only from a viewing plat form.
    theres been no entry to the dam since i think it was 2000...

    it would have been closed down after 2002, we had our year 12 picknic there, and the whole thing was open,
