7 Toyota's in the collection.... 7 Days in a week - Coincidence, I think not. Even if I do ride a motorbike to work.
Well Another Dyno Day has been and gone ! Not quite the crowds we were hoping for but a great day and almost all Toyotas which made a nice change.
Special Thanks to Dyno Dave and Darren Cowling for putting up with us all for the day and ensuring a smooth and hassel free series of Dyno Runs (And with accurate figures too ), The Stitt and Steve Healey who kept the BBQ going all day, Bandit for helping with the morning feed, Mandy for looking after the dyno entries, Kirsty for doing the Pre Dyno Day shopping and our team of volunteer shelter builders for helping us set up in the morning. And last but not least the Toymods Board who were there on the day. Without the pre event and on the day efforts these days wouldn't be possible.
Extra Special Thanks to Steve again for providing the Sausages and Bacon on the Day, In case you were wondering where those awesome sausages came from it was:

Thanks to everyone that came along. We only had 34 cars compete which was a bit of a let down but a great day was still had by all Thanks to everyone who came along and made it the day it was.
I'm sure Dav will have a report up on the day soon but a special thanks to everyone who helped out with the setting up, running and packing up for the day.
A huge thanks has to go out to Dyno Dave and the guys that ran the dyno for us. It's great for Dave to take time out of his extremely busy schedule to support the club by holding these days for us.

After Dyno Day 12.5 held on Saturday, to give everyone a chance to run who wasn't able to the previous Sunday, we've had more excellent results. And from these we've got two more records broken and therefor two changes from the winners ladder below. Hing-Yip with his ultra tough AE86 breaking Dave Radburn's solid record (128.0KW) for NA>1800 and Daniel Ross in his sparkling blue AE92 smashing the FI>1800 record (190.8) by 50KW.
Below are the FINAL winners for Dyno Day 12 with the Most Improved to be announced... although speculation points to Rod Try with the now 2J wagon. (to be confirmed)Overall results for each individual run... see where you're placed. There are still some achievable goals as well as a couple more records that didn't get broken

Again... thanx to everyone involved in the day/s... without the joined effort of the participants, Dave and Tom form SAS and the Toymods board, these days just wouldn't happen. Even with the Dyno having a spat on Sunday, with Dave's help we were able to finish the following Saturday and the support was great!

Dyno Day 13 was once again held at Silverwater Automotive Services on Sunday 2nd of July.
As cold as it was (but the rain held off), Dyno Day 13 was another successful day. We were all set up and had the first car on the rollers on time. 50 cars ran in total with runs ranging from 57Kw to 476Kw which, well and truely, raised the stakes for Killerwatt King!
So with out further adue... the results for all 50 cars is as follows;
Congratulations to all the winners and record breakers!!
Lastly, as always, a big thanx to Dave and Tom at SAS for supplying the Dyno and their time and our official volunteer (Kirsty) for helping out in the office. Also all the guys (including the board) who got there nice and early for the setup. Without the effort, the day wouldn't have run as smoothly as it did.
Thanx,
Dav

Firstly thanks everyone for making this one of the best attended dyno days we have ever had. I can't believe we had all 50 spots spoken for by 9:30, sorry to those we had to turn away but spending all day running the dyno was a rather rough job today and slipping in extra cars wasn't really an option.
Big thanks to Dave and Tom for running the dyno extremely well as always.
Special thanks to all the people that travelled to make the event the sucess it was, we had people from as far away as Melbourne and Adelaide at this event.
It was a terrible day atmospherically for making power but we still saw 4 records broken. In fact three of those were absolutely smashed not just broken. It's hard to keep track of how much power you guys are pulling out of these things, I love it.

Firstly, thanx as usualy to Dave & Tom for sloggin it out in the Dyno Cell once again, and also the guys who were there early helping out with setting up! It was a bitterly cold morning so the efforts of all those there early is great...
This Dyno Day was obviously a small one, and with that came a few smaller numbers... I can only asume there's a few before runs in there to compete for the Most Improved in January.
We ran a total of 37 cars through the Dyno, with Lindens beast of a Hilux being the comic relief for the day turning a massif 11.1Kw![]()
So without any more rambling, here's the winners...
Congratualtions to Glen (dong) for taking out Killerwatt King, and also a very big effort from Mos to claim his first trophy for a club event with the Most Improved, but to top it off he's also taken out the top of his class as well.
Thanx to everyone who came along to be apart of Dyno Day 15... hopefully we'll see a few more of you in January.

...and finally, the full results for the day.
Congrates to all the winners again, and thanx to all who showed up. It would be great to see a few more members at the next though![]()

RA23... The purple poo! - a little squeeky, but stops good
Well to round out another year on the Dyno, we had some very solid performers amongst the select crowd of 35 entries.
Apart from nursing a hangover, lack of sleep and rocking up a little late (sorry all!), it wasn't a bad winters morning. Ed's stout 1UZ Supra got us underway setting the benchmark right up there, but there was no shortage of some similar numbers. A couple of Toymods celebrities graced the street after a few years or more of mythical status. Bigworm's 'CLKWRK' RA23 drove up from SA and proceeded to take out his Class making the trip all the more worth while, and the other old favourite of Joe's TA23 came along for the social. I think he was worried the almighty 2T powerhouse would be too much for the Dyno, so it sat looking pretty across the way.
I think Wilson's St205 also rates a mention, since he first ran a few Dyno Days ago and set an all time new record of 263kw for Top 4WD, then having a few issues in between, he's come back bigger and better abolishing the record once again and taking out his Class!
So without anymore dribble... here's who did what;
Congratulations to all the winners and as always thanx to all who showed up to make it another successful day at SAS.
I can't go without saying thanx again to Dave and Nath for keeping the cars turning through the Dyno cell, and to the board and the few Toymodders who lent a hand to keep things running smoothly throughout the day.
I hope everyone enjoyed the day...

Well that’s it for another successful Dyno Day. Great turn out and nice sunny weather. From what I could tell when I left the Dyno cell, it got a little hot, but I’m sure the cooler of drinks kept everyone happy.
Thanx as always to everyone who came along, without you, we simply don’t have a Dyno Day. It was great to see so many new faces there as well. I hope you all enjoyed the day and got to know a few of us.
Dave from SAS did a standout job on the Dyno yet again, and Mark worked tirelessly backing on and strapping down the cars.
Lastly kudos to the board members and club members who helped out throughout the day.

Well guys... it was great to see you all turn up for the day!
It was an awesomely cold morning and I must admit running around in a t-shirt did eventually make the hands go numb. Writing the entrants list was a task early on.
I was a little surprised not to see a few more FI cars out early and taking advantage of the perfect weather.
That aside, the day ran well and as always I must thank, firstly, everyone for turning up. It's a reasonably expensive day to run, and without the numbers the club would run at a loss. Secondly, all the guys & girls who pitch in throughout the day, Simon & Rob in the Dyno Cell, Pete & Paul on the BBQ, Kirsty in the office and Rod and River keeping everyone socially amused. All this help keeps the day running as smoothly as it does! Oh, and we can't forget Dave & Tom from SAS.. they do run a very professional Dyno.
On a personal note, I have to say it was absolutely excellent to see so many GT4's in the one place. I don't think we've had that many at a Dyno Day for years. I was so excited I may have wet myself!
So I'll finish rambling now, and below is what you've all been hanging out for - The Results Table!
Congratulations to all the winners!
