KE Corolla Radiators- 3 LEFT $400 bucks!

Guys after some measuring up we have found that the TA22 rads are also a perfect fit for the KE20/25 Corollas. Im sure they are probably interchangeable across some of the other KE models and will find out asap.

Anyways I cant change the title of the other Radiator thread so i thought I would start another here.

I have approx 10 X KE sized rads left to order from the next batch which I am looking to have ready by Chrissie. If I dont get the numbers they will go back up to $499.
52mm thich twin core
420mm wide
450mm total height
As usual they have 40mm mounting wings up front and 20 at the rear for thermo bracing,overflow will be facing the the right as that is how the top cap has been tapped.

I will get some pics up later this afernoon.

As discussed I measured up my current rad against those dimensions for the JAR radiator and it will be a perfect fit for the 4AG KE25 setup .

Placing my order now, they were good value at $499, at $399 that is awesome!

twentyEight, I think the total heigth of 450mm is taking into account the radiatior top cap where as the 440mm was to the top of the tank. Either way there was room to spare in height when I measured it up last night. My current radiator has a tank to tank height of 440mm and room to spare at the bottom.

It's probably taking into account the thickness of that sticker I designed for the radiator cap also...

Yep you are right mate,total height of end tank to end tank is 440mm but with the cap and the sticker will make it 450mm..

I am really hoping to keep this price in general guys but I need VOLUME! That way I can simply conatiner the cores over and save a shit load on shipping costs,and pass on the saving!

YEP! These are still custom radiators, If you have a 4A we will put the outlets to suit the necessary location and the right diameter,if you have a 3S,3T,1J,stock,whatever is in your car we can cater for.

Here is a pic of what the radiator will look if you have a 4A.


They will ALL come with the 40mm mounting wings upfront and 20mm rear,I am not putting individual thermo tabs on them anymore as they are just not universal enough for everyones different applications and cost more to produce.

Thats alright mate I will get everyones outlets dimensions and location whe we are ready to roll,obviously we have a pretty good understanding where most engine configs need to go but I will ask as I need them.
