View Full Version : whats the light sensor for in mx83's?

in the dashboard under the windscreen at the very left next to the demister outles is a little black button thing that has one of those photoelectric diodes or whatever - light sensor - in it.

why does the mx83 need one?

did they plan to do that automatic headlight thing then changed their minds or what?

It wouldnt be a remote "antenna/reciever" would it?

Or if the car has Climate Control it may be part of that system..IE strong sun on the dashboard causes the fan to speed up?
