Hey all, I'll be over in your neighbourhood for my bro's wedding on the 2nd last weekend in April (19th to 23rd).
At the moment, I'm busy on the fri & sat nights (wedding duties) & sun (hangover recovery & relo catch up) but if anyone's interested in doing something, please post in here.
BTW, does anyone happen to have a spare car I could borrow for a couple of days? I'm flying over & then driving back with my folks, but am looking for someway to get around. don't care about the condition as long as its roadworthy.
There will be a quantity of cash/beer exchanged for your generosity.

LOL :D How would it go as a wedding car:P
I'm aiming to stay with Bigworm, but he wasn't sure about his acoomodation status the last time I spoke.
I've sent an email to my bro about what his plans are for Fri night, so a bit of time at the pub may be possible.
My parents want to go visit all the relo's in the Barossa valley on Monday (we'll prob leave to go head back here Tues) even though we'll be seeing them all on Sunday, but I'd much rather catch up with some of you guys (the relos are all of my Dad's generation & I don't know them & have nothing in common)

I'm flying in at around 3pm Thursday arvo 19th April.
How do people feel about meeting at a pub for a beer or 2 & a feed on that Thurs night?
Possibly with a short cruise after (or a chin wag in the carpark, whatever thakes the fancy)
Sorry for those that have work the next day:P , but I've ended up being rahter busy for the time I'm down there.

but my mates car is the same colour, just doesnt have the rear wing and is lowered on 18" wheels :)
I also have another mate with an aristo lowered on 19" wheels but is the Cream over silver 2 tone...
what are you prepared to offer...the wedding in march is netting us $100 each for picking the bride/groom/etc up from house/whatever and dropping them off at the church, picking them up from church and dropping them off for photos and crap and then dropping them off at reception...

ok, its getting close now...
I've got a problem, my accomodation source (Bigworm) will actually be over here the weekend I'll be over there, so now I'm looking for somewhere else to crash if possible.
It'd be Thurs night 19th April, Fri night 20th, & possibly Sat night 21st (this could be a late night as I'll be returning from my brother's wedding reception, though my bro & his new wife are planning on leaving at around 9:30pm). A spot on a floor is good enough as I have access to a mattress I can throw down.
Any help appreciated.
Also looking for suggestions for where to meet up on Thurs night for some drinks or a cruise with you guys.

Hm, i thought i had posted this.
Archer is in North Adelaide
Tap Inn is in Kent Town.
Either one would be a goer, and both fairly busy on a Thursday.

My flight lands at around 2pm ish.
I'm aiming to head out to a wrecker mate of mine to sort some bits straight away.
Someone will need to give me a call with time & place (ie street address) as I severely doubt I'll have internet access after tonight.
My number is 0419 638 367
