I have done searches with no success.

just out of curiosity, is the celica 1993 series 2 5SFE the same as the camry wide body 5SFE?

I think they may have different compression ratios and the celica may have some extra sensors, but im not 100% sure.

any feedback would be great!

thanks in advance.

The SDV10 ('90+) Camry has the front and rear engine mounts on the engine block rather than on the gearbox like other S series engines. The cambelt side mount is also different, not sure if the Celica mount is compatible. I have pictures somewhere on here of the mounts (not exatly sure why tho :p).

Not really related, but I've also heard that the earlier 5S has a 6 bolt crank while the later one has an 8 bolt.
